Burn Permit - Demo Sales
Burn permits are required for all planned burns, including residential backyard campfires.

Civic Address Application - Demo Sales
A Civic Address Sign Request (Civic Address) is used to obtain entrance identification to rural properties and farm fields to assist emergency responders locating an emergency.
Event in Right-of-Way Permit - Demo Sales
An Event in Right-of-Way Permit (Event ROW) is required when an event requires the occupation and disruption of traffic within a road authority’s right-of-way’s, including roads, sidewalks, trails and paths.

Municipal Consent - Demo Sales
Municipal Consent is the municipality’s authorization for a utility to occupy a specific location(s) within the municipalities right-of-way. Municipal Consent will only be issued to utility companies, commissions, agencies, other municipalities, or private applicants who have a municipal access agreement with the municipality applied to. The project of adding or modifying the plant is often subject to a Work in Right-of-Way permit.

Oversize/Overweight Load Annual Permit (OO Annual) - Demo Sales
An Oversize/Overweight Annual Permit (O/O Annual) allows for the hauling of oversize/overweight loads during the period permitted, as defined by the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), that are within the specified maximum weights and dimensions permitted, and that are also subject to seasonal, fixed and temporary load restrictions.

Oversize/Overweight Load Trip Permit (OO Trip) - Demo Sales
An Oversize/Overweight Load - Trip Permit (OO Trip) is required for the transportation of a load(s) that exceeds the limits prescribed in the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), on a specific day(s), on a specific route, that is not already allowed for by a current Oversize/Overweight Load - Annual Permit (OO Annual).

Right-of-Way Permit - Demo Sales
A Work in Right-of-Way Permit relates to any activity that results in traffic disruption, including bins, materials and equipment blocking lanes, or the cutting, excavation, boring, filling, additions, or altering in any way, roadways, curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, ditches, trails, and other areas within the right-of-way.
Application may be made to multiple road authorities with this service (e.g., county road, town sidewalk), by selecting the Multi-Jurisdiction option (coming soon). Drawings are to be in compliance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM).
Fees:
- Application Fee: $100.00
- Amendment Fee: $25.00
- Security Deposit Fee: $500.00
- Mobilization: $300.00 per unit
- Road Degradation: $200.00 per unit
- Demobilization: $250.00 per unit
- Cost Per Metre for Each Additional Metre: $33.00 per unit + HST
- Cutting on Both Sides of Existing Driveway: $500.00 + HST
Road Cut Permit - Demo Sales
A Road Cut Permit relates to any activity that involves the cutting, excavation, boring, filling, additions, or altering in any way, roadways, curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, ditches, trails, and other areas within the right-of-way.
Drawings are to be in compliance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM).
Fees:
- Application Fee: $100.00 + HST
Road Entrance Permit - Demo Sales
A Road Entrance permit is required to add or reclassify a permanent or temporary road entrance at a specific location. The project of adding or modifying the road entrance may be subject to a Work in Right-of-Way permit that is associated with the Road Entrance permit.
Fees:

- Amendment Fee: $25.00
Road Occupancy Permit - Demo Sales
A Road Occupancy Permit relates to any activity that results in traffic disruption, including bins, materials and equipment blocking lanes.
Drawings are to be in compliance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM).

Setback Permit - Demo Sales
A Setback Permit (Setback) is required to construct, erect, or alter any building on lands lying within a set distance from a road, in accordance with municipal bylaws.

Sign Adjacent to Right-of-Way Permit - Demo Sales
A Sign adjacent to Right-of-Way Permit (Sign a/ROW) is required for signs adjacent to right-of-way’s, in accordance with municipal bylaws.
Sign in Right-of-Way Permit - Demo Sales
A Sign in Right-of-Way Permit (Sign in ROW) is required for private signs to be located at a specific location within the road authority’s right-of-way.
